"the ladies up front seemed very arrogant toward one of their coworkers. believe me since they are this way to each other they were no better to me. i’d like to say however the young lady who answered the phone before i came in was wonderful and very helpful… if i could give just one person 5 stars i would but since its the store in general… this was horrible. Honestly, management should be changed if these are the type of woman they are hiring.."

"This insurance agency gives you a quote with a certain price. Then after 3 months they increase your quote and charge you without asking you without calling you without any notice they charge you without authorization which is fraud and theft. and after reading some reviews I realized that it is a common practice in this company. If you can avoid coming here please don't come!"

"It's what you'd expect from an insurance agency. The guy answering the phone doesn't care about you or your business. He is rude, I have been given inaccuracate information in the past, and he doesn't explain prices well at all. I'd find a different insurance agent. Also, like someone else stated below, they gave me one price and after a few months the price changed because the "charged me incorrectly and were going to make up the price over the next few months.""

"Not a good experience. I bought a new car and added it to the policy. I knew my insurance was going to go up and was prepared for that. I was quoted a certain price and the price changed 2 months later. When I went to the location to talk to them about it, it was explained that they didn't charge me like they were suppose to and will stretch it out over the next 3 months to make up the difference. The next month after that, the price changed again and I was told that I was informed about this before and this was the new price. Very bad business practices. Especially since I have evidence backing up my story. I will be filing with the bbb as well."
